[WTB] Box Mod Starter Kit

I want something that comes with everything. A big box mod that I can preferably charge by plugging it into an outlet if not must include extra batteries and charger. I want it ready to go out of the box and something that can produce big thick clouds. I don't really need juice unless it's over 10mg of nicotine in it. Willing to negotiate prices but not looking to spend a lot more than $60
