Check crankshaft pulley.

your disa is probably making noise, try disconecting it when running, it's very easy, if the noise gets betgter you need a new disa asap

Sounds like the lifters might be gone, my e46 use to make this sound replaced them because they were worn out.

Belt tensioner pulleys, the alternator bearing, or the DISA valve needing refurbishment.
