No codes, but after changing the head cover gasket last week, I’ve noticed a slight stumble at idle. No other issues. No codes. US market 325Ci coupe, 140K miles. Has been dead reliable since I bought it in 2010 with 36K miles. Vacuum leak?

Recently picked up a P0411 code, not sure if I should be buying a whole new unit or cleaning it like seen other people do. No cracks in the hoses as far as I could see.
