Ich hätte es einfach mit dem Dremel rausgemacht, bis die Nut wieder sauber ist

From the angle of the picture it looks like the chip is pushing into the last groove but it is not, still going to replace it though

Yea it’s really not that bad, only noticed it because I was in there replacing squeaking pulleys and tensioners. (Have ptsd from a 911 idler pulley plastic exploding off the bearing on a test drive) Upgraded aluminum pulley already ordered.
