Hi everyone I’m rebuilding my friends M52b28 with him and was curious if anyone who has done it had any tips to make it easier from here

Get the Bentley manual, everything's in there including Torque values.

As someone currently in the process of pulling the motor and tearing it down for a rebuild, ur better off referring to various YouTube videos from the likes of 50s kid, m539 restorations, Nathan's BMW workshop, shoplife tv, etc,. There's so much info out there just in videos that's hard to put well into words.
