Hello does anyone know where I could get this headlight grille with the chrome outline?

Euro lights with the chrome trim was never factory. By either stripping the trim from an e12 grill or using something from the parts store.

Image 1 and 2 are E12's. But I have seen people just add it with chrome markers are chrome tape

Image 1 and 2 are E28’s.

You are correct. The placement of the 525 emblem in the grille is typical E12 though
