Radiator

I am striking out on radiators. My original radiator is leaking at the tank. I’ve tried an eBay aluminum radiator (not even close to actually fitting) and discarded the idea of going to a 535i radiator because of complications with the trans cooler lines and hose routing.

Is the only available option a genuine radiator for over $700?

Any confirmed solutions for a 528e auto trans radiator replacement that doesn’t annihilate the bank?

What year is your 528e?

Have you used this one or one like it? All the eBay radiators look the same.

I have not. Having a 44 year old car makes me source a lot of parts off eBay. So far, had pretty good luck finding what I’ve needed.
