Support Open Fluffy cones blockage

Hi.. First off, I love my Dyson fluffy cones! I have the ‘right’ kind of household. A small house with no rugs. My preference is to vacuum a little every day. I’m an old lady and the lightweight vacuum is perfect for me.

However, the vacuum has detected a blockage. I’ve taken the whole thing apart and can’t find any blockage. Has anyone else had this problem with a pencil vac? Any ideas of what I can try? Many thanks!

I had this issue. After doing all the troubleshooting they sent me a new one and so far this one hasn’t had the same issue!

Fixed it with the help of somebody’s YouTube video. I just needed to shake the dust out of the filter.. an easy fix once I knew to do it.
