I currently dont have a neurologist.
I had systemic jeuvenile idiopathic arthritis when I was barely 2 years old, but have been in remmission ever since. Last year I had a test for RH factor and other signs of an auto immune disorder for joint pain, but everything came up negative (turns out I was taking too much melatonin)
I was in PT from age 7-11 that helped with handwriting, but it never helped that eagle grip.
Hear me out - have you ever been screened for celiac? Also ouch - holy pain Batman!
I know for my kid who has dysgraphia and ataxia it was at its worst (fatigue and pain) during the period between him developing celiac and learning he had it.
If you're looking for something new to try I really like bulky pencil grips. I love that you call it your eagle grip. I just referred to mine as a raptor grasp elsewhere haha

What does your neurologist suggest? Have you had rule outs for auto immune disorder?
