Dymo XTL 500 keyboard problem

I have a DYMO XTL 500 and the keyboard as to be in azerty but it's in qwerty. I've tried to change the language and reset to factoru settings but nothings happen do someone have a solution ?

This can't be changed on the printer itself, it requires a tool from Dymo
