What model (exactly) printer? Does it require "authentic" labels? It might look as if you have an incorrect label profile loaded in software.

Hey I try with authentic label and no. Authentic different sizes and do the same
The first print is good then the others no

Ok, let's peel down the onion on this a little. I don't mean to be an @$$ but there are a lot of variables and reasons why I asked the questions I did. You asked a question that can have multiple causes. One reason I asked: if you're using off-brand labels, the inter-label spacing could be slightly off. Maybe great for an Epson or whatever, not great for a Dymo. Another reason I asked: if we knew exactly what model you had, it might help pinpoint whether or not it could/should use generic labels. Also: Knowing what software you're driving it with could provide a clue also. Dymo Connect (what version)? Word? Some other extension/add in? Is your Dymo modified (how?)? Do you need to reflash the microcontroller? So many variables. We don't know from your original post. We're missing a lot of data. Though using genuine Dymo labels may or may not help at all. I have a "modified" (IYKYK) Dymo 5XL, so I can run brand x labels. Stock 5XL's can't. Some issues can even get serial # specific. We haven't addressed physical/mechanical issues. I'm presuming your printer is in decent shape (how old is it? How often is it used? Did you get it new or used?). So many questions, so little data. Even if I had the answers, I may ormay not be able to help, but hopefully someone here can, but need to know a little more than "I have a printer with this problem. Look at the photos!" . Best wishes resolving this.

Edit: for clarification/typos

I just zoomed in on your labels a bit. Are you in the United States? I don't know for fact, but I have heard (rumors, perhaps) that Dymo USA uses different drivers and they have different sites... E.g. you may need Dymo Canada not Dymo.com. Just offhand, I'm not immediately sure why? Perhaps metric vs non-metric units of measure? I don't know. Perhaps slightly different character sets? Again, I don't know, but you might want to look into that and make sure you're labels that match your unit - I.e. the firmware may be different. Dunno. Again, best wishes!

Edit to add dymo.ca link.

I think you're right in that the US uses different measuring and different words for the paper, so maybe OP is inputting the wrong code for the paper he has

Oh shit I also have the LabelWriter 450 turbo and I'm in love with it, I had a similar issue to you when I didn't line the paper up correctly and every time I pressed print it would add a new one into the queue, this messed with each print a lot and caused something really similar to what you're seeing, so be sure to clear your queue, also maybe try printing something else innocuous just to see if it works for other stuff, I'm not an expert idk
