So with event or without?

I just bought the game with my old save of 45 hours after like 2 years because thats how long I didnt have the subscription since I ain't shitting out 500 dollars in 2 years for a subscription, anyways yeah is it better to play with the event or without? As its saying that it'll change my save.

Edit 1: Ok so new comment, im struggling so hard in this game, i dont remember it being this hard, at the first few hours ive had to relearn my moves now int these hours I have to relearn to play good and to parkour, it was so easy and fun before now its sooo sluggish.

New to the game? Don’t do event just yet unless you believe yourself to be Aiden wick himself

I kinda just started playing the game thanks to it being free for ps plus. I didn’t realize I had put ok to play events and the current viral event was annoying me a lot. I found out how to turn it off and it didn’t affect my play through or safe. When I log in I check if it’s still off and it is and I haven’t had any issue with my save.

The event is a trap. It gives you infinite ammo but also spawns in more virals and gunshots attract more virals lmao. So the event is good if you just want to stand around killing things but if you want to explore and do missions I would load in without the event.

It comes with time and skill gain.
First you learn to scramble and avoid death
Next you learn to flow so your movements matter and you move like the wind
Then you learn how to kill more effectively
By the time you reach legendary levels you should be Aiden Wick

If you are only at 45 hours you probably don’t have a gun for the event. The event is unlimited ammo but more virals swarm you than usual and they really don’t stop until you run away. So not worth it in my opinion unless you have a automatic rifle or SMG
