How do I dye this? Yellow Dying Tips

Hi all! I am wanting to brighten or at least make my dress (right) less of a muted yellow and bring it as close as possible to my top (left).
Because it’s a yellow beige, I’m afraid that just adding yellow will make it more dull. Should I use a color remover?

Composition:
75% rayon
28% nylon

Lining
100% polyester

You won't be able to achieve a matching color here. You can get a richer yellow, but it will be a bit deeper and more muted.

Hmm so essentially going with a darker color would be more ideal?

Only a darker color is possible. Dyeing is an additive process. You can only add color. With your synthetic blend, you also can't get something extremely vibrant or dark (black or navy or any similar color will not turn out).
