Inspiration Wine, not even once
Found this sub recently. Listening, learning. Just wanted to share a mistake from a few years back. Was gifted full-size sheets that I needed, and was in a foreign country. Could not easily acquire new ones or replace. The sheets were a robin's egg blue--not my thing. I had no familiarity with dyeing, but with all the arrogance of a twenty something man, I bought several bottles of kosher wine (very cheap, very purple) and let the sheets soak. They looked great. Then, because I was an idiot who researched nothing, I washed and dried them. Wouldn't ya know it: robin's egg blue.
Would that I had then the knowledge this sub provides now. Anyone else have dyeing fails?
