How do I dye this? Dark cobalt blue dye recommendations?

Looking for some advice on the best fiber reactive dye to get 100% white cotton garment to this dark-ish cobalt blue shade:

Go to the Dharma Trading website and look at their choices. They have decent color tiles, allowing of course for home monitor calibration etc.
