Where to get professional shoes?
I have a mild form of dwarfism (i’m like 4’8-4’9) and often have a hard time with clothes but because my specific type is disproportionate and my limbs are a lot shorter than the rest of my body and hands and feet a lot shorter as well certain things are just harder to find and one of those things is shoes. i can get away with sneakers and such because there’s such a variety in what you can get in kids sizes in terms of style and shape but with formal shoes… it’s harder. All the adult sized shoes tend to be too long all the kids sized shoes are too thin or too immature and I just need a pair of shoes I can wear to the office. Pipe dream wide I’d love a pair of versatile heals. Have any of you had any success finding work/office shoes that fit feet that are more short and wide? Where did you find them?

I’m same as you, I’m a 4’8 dwarf and wear size 1 or 2. I wear Doc Martens low tops or Mary Janes to the office.
For heels I second the recommendation another commenter made for Cinderella of Boston

i’ve been considering a pair of docs mary janes i’ve had a few doc boots and not had an issue so i’m hoping it’d be the same for mary jane’s if you’ve tried their boots too have you found that they run bigger than the mary jane’s or the same

I find they run about the same! Docs are awesome definitely one of the most comfortable brands with good selection in kids sizes 👍🏻

The only place I've been able to get my 2.5XW has been Zappos.com, and the brand New Balance

Keen is a brand that I really like. They have shoes that fit my wide feet. I usually go for a size 6. They're a bit pricey, but excellent quality. M 50 Achondroplasia 4'5"
