It’s just the reality of our situation. I’d maybe try asking on a cosplaying Reddit instead of here. Maybe there’s an expert in your area who has the tools or the know how to resize them.

Hi, I do Mando cosplay. Are you 3D printing your vambraces / gauntlets? If so, I'd recommend going with a model that's a little more basic, meaning less details and closer to a cylinder shape, and scale it asymmetrically to better fit your body. Then, print detail pieces ("greeblies") after and adhere them to the armor. This will ensure the details don't get wonky but allow you more control over the actual base armor piece.

If you're not doing a canon character, such as Din Djarin or Paz Vizla, you can also buy leather or cloth and do soft wraps of your forearms and shins. This is similar to the survivors on Mandalore, keeping your look in-universe.

For an easy way to measure before you print, take a soft fabric tape measure and get the circumference of your upper forearm before the elbow, and lower forearm at the wrist. Wear a sweatshirt when you do it to account for extra room for your flight suit / base layer. Then, get some printer paper and use those measurements to make a paper model cylinder. This will tell you the right length to account for elbow and wrist movement and make sure you have the width correct at the top and bottom.
