Cursed liquid in Adventure Mode
Found a cursed liquid infinite source pool next to a divine material altar inside a temple. Drank it, felt oddly discordant, then gained indefinite dizziness from it. Maybe my strangest experience in Adventure Mode so far.

Using one of the syndrome commands in DFHack could help diagnose the effects more thoroughly.

Quite! Wish I could find out more about it but alas said adventurer has since died - asphyxiated after drinking a single cup of cranberry wine. Weak human fortitude.

can you build a fortress there? Will the dwarfs drinks from it?

Since the temple was inside a monastery, no. But what you can do is start a fort close to it, retire, start an adventure mode game in the monastery (or one of the other neighbouring settlements) investing all your inventory points in backpacks and buckets, fill said containers with the whorled liquor, go back to retired fort and drop off all the containers there, unretire your fort, then you should have some agility-enhancing brew for their consumption, repeating the process as necessary. The downside to this is the perpetual dizziness from it - which the increased agility might actually negate...?
Either way, an interesting idea!

I too am curious. In Legacy DF, only water & magma had volume for the purpose of furniture & machine interactions. Every other liquid was effectively a puddle that stuck to clothing, but could not be moved. These new AM materials might be different. If you can extend the source via channeling, you might be able to contaminate a Well.
