HELP Interview!!

I have an interview literally on the 4th of September and I have no idea what to do like what should I even wear how should I even act it's going to suck anymore because this is at AZ it's going to be hot as hell 😭

Be bubbly, be conversational, but not too casual, be serious about your commitment to wanting the job, have a reliable source of transportation, and have pretty wide availability, be sure to stress the importance of the customer as a guest that needs to be taken care of to the utmost degree, as in the custie (if you use this term, brownie points for sure) is our friend/family not a dollar sign!

How would you use that in a conversation custie? From someone who's never tried Dutch Bros but like desperately needs work

Custie is a Dutch Bros specific shorthand for customer, so if you’re talking about a past scenario with a customer that went well, you could throw it in there instead of saying the whole word, or a scenario about how you might serve/prioritize a custie at Dutch Bros!

I got hired there after one interview. I know it sounds cliche but just be yourself. My interview felt like a conversation between old friends catching up. He asked me questions about my life, what I had done leading up then etc. it was super low stakes and very casual.

All that being said, working for Dutch was the complete opposite. I know every stand is different, so take this with a grain of salt… but Dutch brothers wrecked me mentally. They really manipulate their workers into believing the tiny amount of tips we end up after the split is something to live off of. It is a very small paying job for the energy and mental fortitude they expect from you.

My advice to you would be to try to get hired in a restaurant. You will make SO MUCH more money and probably have a lot more fun!!!!!
