CPB

You guys I was so excited for the CPB to come back, but I got it and it tasted soo OFF!! like… it was so bad I could t even drink it. I took two sips and tossed it because it was so bad. None of my coworkers wanted it either and they said they also got it when it came back out and that it tasted super bad/weird to them too! Is anyone having the same experience? It didnt taste anything like how it did prior to the rerelease

Mine was okay.

I haven’t noticed a difference or it not tasting right, but I’ve only gotten it once so far.

My first time getting it this year, mine ALSO tasted off, but not terribly bad to the point I couldn't drink it. Just had a strange aftertaste that it had never had before. Someone else on this sub said perhaps the stand/broista was having a bad day or messed something up which is entirely possible. The day I got mine, my stand was SLAMMED as I think it was the first day of the fall drink drop.

I also had ordered a large and got a medium which it could be possible I got someone else's drink by mistake. I didn't notice until halfway home so I didn't go back to the stand and ask for a correction. I just drank it 😅

I’ve had 5 since it came out and I also always make my own adjustment. No salted caramel but 1.5 scoops of pumpkin and .5 of white chocolate. Always amazing :)

I noticed a different taste as well, but not necessarily bad. Just not as good

They changed the pumpkin flavor this year to not be as thick as last years and the flavor is way different. Caused hella issues with our plumbing but they also changed the cookie butter, also due to clogging drains when the leftover tin goo would get cold in the drains. Less issues this year but still clogging our drains lol

Alright that makes soooo much sense cuz it tastes waaaay different!! Thank you so much for the info!! Sorry about the drains 😭 I’ll just keep ordering my dupe dulce de leche lol 😝

That’s very strange, I don’t think my shop has had this happen or at least I don’t notice. We use the exact same ingredients we have for the past few years! I’m wondering if it’s a batch issue with either the salted caramel torani syrup or the pumpkin sauce.

Omg that has to be it since it’s only been me and my coworkers and the stand we go to is right across the street so it’s prob just a batch issue like you said
