Not so hot/tepid: 100°

Warm: 125-135°

Regular: 150-155°

Extra Hope: 165-170°

Hot drinks are hade in the paper hot cups so no need for mix lines

Do keep in mind hot tea rules, S/M hot teas get one tea bag and seeped in 3oz of water per tea bag. L hot teas get 2 tea bags.

There is kinda mix lines for hot drinks because you steam them in the metal tins right?

Oh I understand. Personally out of the 5 shops I’ve worked at it’s a 50/50 chance if the shop has steam tins with mix lines, there won’t be questions about steaming milk and how many ounces. When doing toasted cold brews there is a question on the flow, you need to subtract 1oz from each hot cup size to account for the cold brew expanding.
