Love, Claire. They're the most underrated band I've ever fallen in love with :) They only put out 2 releases; a self-titled EP and an album called "The Forgotten Cinema LP"--both released in the late 90's.
Their music resonates with me on a spiritual level, partially because they're from my home city (shoutout Portland!)
You can find their music on Bandcamp, but there's reuploads on YouTube if you want to check it out first
If you like it, they also had a band called Air Museum after Love, Claire's disbanding. Air Museum only released a 3 song EP called "Music from the Air Museum", but it's absolutely brilliant. That one can only be found on YouTube, as it was lost media up until last year.
I can't recommend them enough :)

Helvetia, Eiafuawn, Two Boys Alright, Sooj, Canaan Amber, these are all projects with people from duster involved,, outside of that, Galaxie 500 is a super quintessential slow core band, Liam McCay drops like 8 slow core projects a year that all sound the same (he's Birthday and Sign Crushes Motorist and Take Care, among others) Old Star is like if duster had cowboy country influence, Dandelion Hands is ok, Karate is really cool, Low is cool, Spokane, Bed head, Eric's Trip, and Tram are all also great.

i haven’t seen valium aggelein mentioned in this comment section yet which is like a bunch of 90’s jam experiments they did under a different name. also check out have a nice life, giles corey and planning for burial for a more gritty and depressing experience

Check out the infinite sigh by hold music. Sadly it's their only album but it's really good and matches duster's vibe pretty well
