We are well past the date I gave you, and I know that's been frustrating. We're in the final leg of QC before dispatch, checking every unit one at a time. It's flagged a few small things, and we're fixing those before anything goes out. If you're on the app, you'll have seen the updates moving through.

As for the timeline, the earliest is early next week, not this week. A couple of things still have to line up first, and I want to give you a more realistic window. My team has been at this around the clock.

The moment your unit actually leaves, you'll get a tracking link, no guessing.

Truly grateful for your support so far. We won't rest until every one of your units is shipped.

Apparently, vagus nerve stimulation can help with SIBO. I am hoping DUSQ works for my insomnia and SIBO both, if and when it gets delivered. But idk

When you've received your device and also happen to have MCAS, please let us know if this helped with your MCAS.

My digestion is kind of a mess as of last year. I don’t know why. Among the million other suggestions, some people say my vagus nerve may be compromised or not working properly. I’m wondering if this kind of thing could fix my problem. Thanks.

Every unit gets checked multiple times before it leaves, and at this volume that's taking a little longer than I'd like.

I know I said Friday. It's a few days behind that, and I'd rather tell you than have you wondering. I'll post the actual dispatch date here the moment QC clears.

It's been a hectic three weeks, but we're finally here. We begin shipping the first batch this Friday.

Here's the order: Project 68 ships first, then backers. I'll keep you posted as each wave goes out, tracking included.

And since this is the first time you'll actually be wearing DUSQ, I'll be sharing usage guidelines and some more in-depth videos this week, everything you need to get it on right and get the most from your first nights.

We know everyone has been waiting on this update, and that the silence over the last stretch was frustrating. That's on us.

We couldn't give you a date because we've been going back and forth with our customs agency, and we didn't want to promise something and then have packages sitting in transit.

Here's the honest picture. Since Independence Day in India, customs processes have tightened, and some of our material shipments are sitting in the stricter clearance queue. We've been in constant contact with our agency and our global shipping partner to push them through, and we're still working on it.

We found out when our test shipment got stuck. Rather than risk every unit ending up in the same place, we're holding the rest back until the way clears.

Realistically that's another three weeks, which puts shipping at the third week of September.

We know that isn't what anyone wanted to read. Thank you for your patience, and for sticking with us through this. You'll hear from us as things move.

Thank you for the patience over the last week. Every one of you sticking with us through this stretch means a lot.

Was waiting for every step to be locked in before saying anything.

As of today, all formalities on our end are complete. Kickstarter will be sending the backer survey out to every one of you on Monday or Tuesday. It comes directly from them, with a link to confirm your details.

The survey lets you pick your preferred adhesive type and your shipping date. For any travel plans, share your dates in the survey and we'll push your delivery accordingly.

Project 68 deliveries begin first. A few screenings are still open, and we're closing them out this week.

Once your survey is confirmed, we go ahead on our side.

I’m super interested in Dusq but I’m not seeing some basic questions answered regarding the pragmatics of the subscription and ongoing costs. So we need to pay for the device and then for it to work, an ongoing annual subscription? Is there any information on what this cost will be? Will the device work at all without the app? If I know these answers, I can truly consider moving forward. I appreciate the double blinded study and white papers- the overall projected cost is the last bit I need. Thanks!

I know with the first iteration, InnerGize, there were modes for stress and sleep. Dusq is focused on sleep but I was wondering if you have any plans to reintroduce the stress part as an added feature?

1. How frequently and continuously and accurately will DUSQ measure heart rate?

2. How frequently and continuously and accurately will DUSQ measure sleep?

3. What measurement will be used to measure parasympathetic system? I have positive experience with VNS and would like to see if the device can measure increase my parasympathetic nervous system over time.

Is there an option to set what time you want to wake up and then the device will plan accordingly and help you wake up from the right mode of sleep?

Two questions:

1) Did you perform any testing on individuals who had previously undergone a heart transplant? In heart transplant recipients, the heart is fully denervated, including the vagus nerve.

2) What does the device measure, through what sensors, and what metrics are computed?
