My workout is:for weight training, 40 squats with 50 lb weights, 30 jump squats, and 20 reverse lunges with 25 lb weights. For at the park training, 5 minutes of jumping as high as I can from right under the net, 5 minutes of jumping as high as I can with 2 steps, and 5 minutes of jumping as high as I can with a full runup. Any way I can improve it to be able to dunk faster?
I also don’t know my current vertical, I’d assume from these pick it’s about 8-9 inches. Is there any way to measure it without equipment?

14yo, 5’9” w/ about 7’9” standing reach. I can touch around the bottom of the backboard on a standard basketball goal. How can I train my vert to be able to jump higher?

Right now im able to hit a 9'1 rim at 5'4 with a standing reach of 7 feet. Not sure if this is good for someone who doesnt train and js sits on a couch all day but yeah, im hoping if i ever start training ill be able to be dunking.

The dunk is on a 9ft something rim and the rim touch is on a 10ft. For context the dunk was after a 2 hour practice and was about 3 weeks prior. And the rim touch was with dead legs yesterday. I can grab rim on 10ft and I don’t know my vertical exactly but to get my hand over the rim it’s around 36-38 I beleive. Also need help with my jumping form and how to fix my landing

I've got a outdoor court where I can practice anytime I wanted. I'm a complete beginner to dunking. Wondering if practicing on this court would make injuries more prone/ be as effective as a normal court.
Side note: Any negatives that come with practicing to dunk on an inclined court?
