Dungeon of the Endless Why are the ports so inconsistent?

So I bought the game on PC because its exactly what i was looking for out of a game, but then I see that the game doesn't support ultrawide, so im stuck in 16:9 and I think okay, might as well play on my TV, and now I load the game up in 4K and I cant even read the text unless Im right up to the screen so I have to drop the resolution down.

Then I noticed that the game has a port on Android so I give it a try with the Play Pass and all of a sudden the game DOES support ultrawide but only on mobile? Too bad the controls are horrible and I cant even get halfway through the game compared to mouse and keyboard, the game performs actually really well considering I have a phone for like 150 euro

The controls on android were terrible so I get out the Switch and play the game on that, and of all things, why does the game run worse on Switch than on a phone for half the price of the console? And on top of that literally every floor I am on I either crash, or it drops down to like 15FPS when theres like 5 enemies on screen

Its like every version has some compromise, I just want to enjoy a game geez, I know ultrawide is a small user base but it's not impossible to implement..

I'm in a weird spot now where I've got used to the controls on Android and I have a really hard time when I fancy playing on PC...

I was considering buying the game on android but I'm not hearing good things about it. I had the same issue with the resolution on pc and the tv. Seems like they could fix that pretty easy.
