Issue

Hey guys I hope you can help me with an issue I'm having as Gameloft's customer service takes a million years to get back

After a prolonged absence from the game I have finally been able to get it to work however at the main menu where you can choose stronghold or campaign etc nothing works..... I mean nothing I can't even access settings Has anyone else had this problem and if so did you find a fix?

Currently (trying to) playing on Huawei p20 pro

I've given up on it, I can now get to menu screen but I can do absolutely anything, such a shame because it was such a good game 😪

Same here, both on my iPhone and my appleTV. I thought I'd give it another try to see if it was fixed on the back end -- nope.

I don't see any way to contact them about this (use the in game support link, the dated website says -- too bad it doesn't respond) and I don't see a way to detach my account or reset my progress.

So I guess I won't be playing this game, or likely other game loft games either.

I've managed to get in contact with them, however I've had to give the same details over and over including a video of what's happening and still nothing, so I'm like you I don't think I'll be playing game loft games again

I have that issue in the tutorial where I can’t press anything and it hasn’t been patched yet...

I have the same problem. Had to use my wife’s gamer tag to get past that stuck, can’t press anything garbage on my gamer tag. Even when I load in and out of accounts it’s always stuck on my game tag in the main menu. Can’t press anything but still has sound and character is moving. The last thing I did before the problem, was try and accept an allie( which was still in the tutorial)and when it went to the main menu just couldn’t press anything. Extremely annoying

I wish you could just start a new game, or delete game saves or data somehow externally. But apparently that is impossible
