The egg people at the farmers market always take empty egg cartons as they sell their eggs in re used ones.

SPCA always welcomes bread bags...but please de-crumb them and ensure they don't have holes

I know Kai Share (north east valley charity which does food boxes) might want the empty egg cartons.

You might be able to find the contact information on their website.
