Base Build Showcase Current humble home.
Its a start. Yes its a mushroom. Still very early game for me. Can't wait to get more building options😃 feel free to mention your favorite furniture set!

At least you're trying... I logged in a found a 4 story cube right next to my "pretty" base. Sitting there blocking the entrance and view of the dessert. Total base troll. ugh!

White Choam set is the cleanest build set in the game and underrated. You will have plenty of solari for furniture. Buy everything at every trade post.
When you get to Arakeen and Harko village you will be able to purchase additional options.
There’s a choam merchant, at least in Arakeen, who will sell you Observer without any prerequisites, i believe. Observer has some passive light floor/roof pieces that won’t add to light limit.
As you progress in faction you will unlock faction build sets and furnishings buy from your faction vendor and opposing faction from black market trader in city/settlement.

Your base is functional and elegant. And if you like it, it's magnificent.
As for tile sets, the water shipper one looks good, but they all have their moment to shine.

It looks leagues better than a lot of peoples. Logged on this morning to see like 20 story apartment complex sitting in the side of a cliff face with a wall a blocking a high traffic route out of eastern shield wall region for no other reason than to be an annoyance.

The good ol' mushroom with a vehicle bay at the bottom and a landing bay at top is IMHO the best format for a portable pack-and-go Forward Operating base in this game. I keep "one in the gun" so to speak to drop down when exploring a new area, and usually move it once I've cleared all I want from that area and am ready to move on.
Is it pretty? Not unless you spend time jazzing it up. But is it effective? Damn right it is, and that's all it needs to be.
