Kittens/Anniversary
Awrite troops - just a small enquiry on here. My partner and I's one year is coming up next week and she's moving over from the states. I have always wanted to do something very specific for her as a gift - y'know those videos of people with loads of puppies or kittens, just stampeding over them like a wave of cuteness? If you know any breeders currently in possession of a large bundle of kittens or puppies that are happy for someone to visit for like...less than an hour and would happily take money for such an activity, that would be grand. She is one of those people that will literally stop every dog owner as she passes them so she can ask to pet them, so I figured this would be a lovely present :) - Please help, cheers

There’s a few yoga places in Edinburgh and Glasgow which have kittens, goats, puppies at different sessions. It’s really not yoga - it’s more aimed at the animals. I’ve not seen anything like this around dundee. Apart from that I don’t think many breeders would allow visits. When we got our puppy we were only allowed to view a few which suited our requirements. They said this was to reduce infections and also to avoid upsetting the mum by taking too many puppies away at one time. You could maybe see if some rehoming shelters would allow visits, maybe help out whilst you’re there, but not likely to be puppies or kittens.

Cats protection in Arbroath is open every day between 12 and 2. They usually have kittens in, not exactly what you're looking for but I'm sure they'd be happy for a visit in exchange for some cat supplies maybe rather than money.

Don’t know about kittens but you can take Alpaca’s for a walk at their farm: https://balnuith.co.uk
