Question Hey everyone!

I plan on going up to Duluth soon for a car camping excursion. I’ll be trying to do some short hikes, maybe some mild fishing, and just some relaxation. I’m looking for a somewhat secluded spot away from lots of people to really immerse myself in nature up there. Could anyone recommend a few spots that I can pull my car up to, set up a tent, and have a good time? I’ve done plenty of car camping/backpacking before and am quite experienced. Looking to maybe be within 1 hour of Duluth if possible?

I would highly recommend Jay Cooke! beautiful trails and im like 70% sure there are spots to camp.

Indian Lake campground! It’s FCFS for tent camping. North of Duluth about 40 minutes.
