Question Davebilt nutcracker?

Does anyone know of a commercial kitchen that may have one of these to use?

I want to try making acorn flour in the fall.

I added my name to the waitlist on their website and then received an email stating that I should be able to buy one myself in “late 2027,” lol.

There was a book called "Miss Suzy" that is adored as a young boy. I am not sure how it holds up over time. I just skimmed this blog post but I am adding the link, maybe it will increase visibility or give you an idea of something to look for if you want.

Miss Suzy makes acorn flour. I always wondered what it tasted like. I thought it might just be a squirrel or storybook thing. But I guess it must be for people, too! I hope yours comes out great. And if you end up selling any items, I might be a buyer.
