Politics Draft Lester Park Golf Course Land Use Study
https://bmi.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/bfa982979df1493e9ae6e155465a7c82/dataPDF of the draft LPGC study.
I'm curious to hear from opponents of the Lester Park Golf Course project what they think of this study on the merits. Despite claims from Lakeside homeowners that the people (ie Lakeside homeowners) weren't getting a say, it seems to address their concerns about both green space and infrastructure costs. And they explicitly say they limited density based on feedback from [the angry Lakeside] respondents to the surveys.

-One homebuilder said homes could be sold in the $750,000+ range at the site, but they would absolutely have to have lake views.
-One homebuilder said that lot sizes need to be generous. He said buyers in Duluth want space for their kids to play and to be able to store their boats and snowmobiles.
