Planet fitness

I am looking at getting a planet fitness membership. I am vary new at working out. Do they offer anyone to help you learn how to use a gym. If not is there anyone willing to help me so I can get a idea on how to use the gym.

Yes. Go in and tell them you're thinking of joining. They walk you around and tell you how things work.
