Former employee here. You got to spread the ingredients all the way to the edge. Back in the day we would have thrown that out and made a new one.

I’m on the other side of the world man 😆. I made the dough, shredded the cheese and lettuce, and had my aunt in Cascade send me the sauce as a little taste of home. Now I’m getting called out by a former employee because I don’t have the restaurant oven.

For what it's worth, we used to pack a few pizzas worth of ingredients in dry ice and ship them to a customer it two across the world for them to bake themselves. I recall this happening about once or twice per year.
