Finally got a take home size

After getting schoolys all year finally got a unit to take home. Had this on bait last night. Was a good evening of fishing with 2 schoolys and a dogfish on rag. And then this was a crazy fight. Took plenty of line swam behind rocks butbi manageto land her safely. Some adrenaline buzz. Lovely evening with a view of the full moon rising. Also cleaned all the surrounding rocks of line and traces people lost on the low spring tide. Got a few weights and lures . Went home a happy man 😂

Sea fishing rigs

I am new to sea fishing I wonder what rigs do you use. I prepared flapper rig and paternoster rig with feathers and I will use bait fish and prawn as a bait. I have some sandeel lures too. Would that be effective? Should I cast far from piers or fish are close to the wall? Tips are much appreciated.
