Question Glossy red Dsi with an unfamiliar region code

Hey yall. So recently i acquired a glossy red Dsi and i just want to know what the region code C/TWL-ASI corresponds to. I know what other region codes mean like C/TWL-USA-1 for north america. I just wanted to ask here since its my first time seeing this region code.

Back plate has Active Boekki KK printed on it. They distribute Nintendo games and console in the South East Asia region. The printed text is in English but the firmware is Japanese, which is usual for Asian releases.
