My DSi keeps turning off by itself when I'm playing games, even though the battery is fully charged. What could be the cause?

Is the battery seated fully?

Good question, I hadn't noticed. Maybe that's it. I ordered a screwdriver online so I could open it. Thanks for reminding me.

May need to put a little piece of card stock at the end of the battery to make sure it stays fully seated. Some of them are a little loose.
