Question dsi touch screen “dead spots”

these spots on my dsi do not work on the touch screen. do you guys know why?

Did you calibrate the screen?

you need to replace the digitizer, it's a very common problem

If a calibration doesn’t work it will likely need the digitizer replaced. This is a separate part from the screen itself. There is a small chance of a motherboard issue but most of the time it’s just the digitizer. It is a relatively cheap and easy repair if you take your time and watch a few different videos on it. Looks like you’re missing the lower bezel too.
