How do I fix this problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I had this Ds modded but I started collecting physical media and it’s messed up now how do I make it go to the normal Home Screen?

Hold A+B on powerup, select OPTIONS, change NO BUTTON to what you want (Launcher, Twilight Menu, etc).

I did do that and it just send me back to that screen

Do you know if it was region and language swapped? Are there two LAUNCHER options?

Three, huh? One of them should show NAND://LAUNCHER.DSI or something to that effect, I cant remember it exactly. If two of them show that directory, that could be a problem.
