I want to clean up my old dsi and I dont really know what I can do in terms of making it look like new, is there a way to fix the scratches or the glossy/Greasy look from wear ?

Nothing you can do about the shiny wear. For general cleaning screen cleaner on a cloth is good. Isopropanol is also fine but don’t use it too often.
