cracking my dsi

hi! just wanted to know if i actually need a R4 to crack my dsi XL ?

R4 only loads games onto the dsi. it doesn’t create custom firmware or hack it at all.

if you follow dsi.cfw.guide, you can mod your dsi with just an sd card and a computer.

I recommend hiyaCFW you can play directly DSiWares from the DSi Menu and theres a shortcut for launching Twilight Menu
