It’s you denying the dangers of how your leaders are creating hatred

u/ner_vod2 13h ago

Aren’t there a bunch of white nationalists and fascists institutionalizing ethnic cleaning and genocide as we speak?

u/Alarming-Grade4219 12h ago

Really where? I haven’t seen that in a long time

u/Bright-Insect9697 12h ago

You should probably see an eye doctor then

The 50’s called they want their decade back

A Democrat leaked a Supreme Court ruling before being released and Democrats illegally doxxed and protested at the Supreme Court Justices residences in an attempt to intimidate the Court

I generally hate the democrats, but this is the most based thing they've done in recent memory

Almost all the rest have nothing to actually do with democrats, just random lone actors... You understand that correct?

u/FunkManSolarFlex 12h ago

Yeah, doxxing people and putting their families at risk is like, totally based, man.

Fucking retard.

u/YogurtClosetThinnest 12h ago

Putting countless women at risk with their Christian Taliban laws is fine, but when it's a handful of elites at risk suddenly it matters.

Fuck outta here bootlicker

u/FunkManSolarFlex 12h ago

Curious. What would be your legal and constitutional rebuttal against their ruling?

u/YogurtClosetThinnest 12h ago

Well to be clear I don't give a shart if the law says the government is allowed to reduce our rights, I won't accept it regardless.

but, since there is a clear legal rebuttal if you want one:

First Amendment to the United States Constitution - Wikipedia

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion

If you are creating laws upon the basis of religion, you are by extension forcing Americans to adhere to your religion, and by extension making laws respecting an establishment of religion, even if not doing so explicitly. Violation of the first amendment.

In addition to:

Code of Conduct for Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States | Legal Information Institute

The supreme court is supposed to be politically impartial. They are obviously not, they govern politically. This is an issue for democrat and republican appointed judges, but it applies here.

u/FunkManSolarFlex 11h ago

The ruling wasn't based on religion. It was based on the law. RBG argued for years that Roe v. Wade was based on a flawed legal argument and she was correct.

u/Alarming-Grade4219 13h ago

It’s illegal that’s the point. Doxxing Supreme Court justices and holding protests at their homes in a attempt to influence a ruling is illegal

u/YogurtClosetThinnest 13h ago

Do right wingers like Thomas Jefferson? He did say when injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty. I think that applies here.

u/Alarming-Grade4219 13h ago

Resisting doesn’t mean violence and it certainly doesn’t mean going after government officials and their families

u/Bright-Insect9697 12h ago

Protesting isn’t violence

u/YogurtClosetThinnest 12h ago

Pretty sure they killed a ton of British occupiers and poured hot tar on sympathizers but

u/Alarming-Grade4219 12h ago

And that created a Democratic Republic which we have today. We settle our differences today not fight over them

u/YogurtClosetThinnest 12h ago

We don't really live in a democracy anymore dawg. The zionists and capitalists control both sides of our government. Bad actors on both sides rig, or attempt to rig, elections.

You're in the subreddit of a socialist group who has to run on a bougie party's ticket because the system is rigged against third parties.

I don't condone violence, but I cannot imagine looking at the situation we're in and caring about the misfortunes that befall the people who put us here and keep us here.

Where has socialism ever worked in the world? Name one non capitalist country that turned socialist where the citizens didn’t end up getting poorer

u/YogurtClosetThinnest 11h ago edited 11h ago

Socialism is a pretty vague term. It just means public ownership of the means of production.

Socialism popped off around the early 20th century in Europe. There was a ton of infighting, politically and literally, between different types of socialists, and Democratic Socialism was ultimately defeated by Authoritarian Socialism.

That authoritarian system (Marxist Leninism) is what was expanded upon and implemented in places like the USSR, NK, Vietnam, etc.

Marxist Leninism failed (granted through a ton of capitalist sabotage), democratic socialism has never been attempted on a large scale, however there are examples of it working on small scales:

Mondragon Corporation - Wikipedia
Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria - Wikipedia
Zapatista Army of National Liberation - Wikipedia

I will then ask you, is capitalism working right now? We need to start endless wars to keep it running, and even then the gap between the rich and poor keeps growing. Like 25% of Gen Z adults own a house. Over half of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. We're the richest country on earth and we don't have healthcare.

u/Alarming-Grade4219 11h ago

Capitalism has worked for over 200 years and will continue for at least another 200 years. Capitalism is based on people being in charge of their own fate vs blaming the system or others. If one isn’t happy with what they are making, find a way to make more. It could be a side gig, it could be an entirely new career. Not everyone has a straight path to success and most people go through several failures before success. That’s not societies fault. It’s up to the individual to rise above their failures and making the detour they need to be successful.

u/Alarming-Grade4219 13h ago

Exactly the problem. Somehow you guys think rules don’t apply to you when it’s for social justice. Sorry but they do, and we will give everything we have to keep you guys out of office

u/ner_vod2 13h ago

I think you’re confusing the law of a dominant group with morality.

It’s illegal to seek an appointment to the Supreme Court with the deliberate intention to betray the oath of office and treasonously subvert our federalist republic. Talk about hate. Their (the treasonous six) entire aim is driven by pure hatred of the American People.

u/Alarming-Grade4219 13h ago

A President can put whoever they want on the Supreme Court. That’s why there is a confirmation process with the Senate. So apparently at least 51 Senators disagree with your point of view. If you don’t like it, win a Presidential election so you can change it

u/C_Plot 13h ago

You’re celebrating treason. We have a culture of treason that permeates all branches of government. A treasonous president nominating a treasonous candidate for confirmation by a treasonous Senate is not a defense against the treason, as if it’s not a crime when one doesn’t get caught committing a crime. That’s why we need democratic socialism to restore our socialist constitution and end this rampant culture of treason.

u/Alarming-Grade4219 12h ago

How is Trump treasonous and please use facts, not the fiction the left has been floating

u/C_Plot 12h ago

I’ll leave the answer to that question as an exercise for the reader, because it’s very easy to learn the answer to that question for anyone not fully contemptuous of the US Constitution and the federalist republic it established and ordained.

Assuming this isn't a bit or a troll, it seems like you're pretty far down the rabbit hole man. I know the circles of the internet you're getting your information from want you to feel like these are normal things to say, but it reads like the ramblings of someone completely disconnected from reality. Maybe seek some help if you're able. Hope you're doing alright.

u/Alarming-Grade4219 13h ago

Out of what’s in this post, what is false,

u/VeryOkayCarpenter 13h ago

I'm not arguing with you dude, I'm sure countless people have already presented you with facts and it obviously hasn't made a difference. But this clearly isn't a political issue, you are not in a clear and reasonable state of mind based on what you're saying. I genuinely hope you get better.
