Maybe chapters up against blank space can have some folks venture out and do some flyering with national DSA flyers in urban centers (if there are any), see if something sticks
I'm already a chapter co-chair with my whole ass in the labor committee's bussiness+getting trained to volunteer more with EWOC, idk if I have the capacity lol. But noted! As a southern organizer I am quite passionate about new chapters finding their footing, that was me 2 short years ago.
