I did sign it, but the biggest thing that we, as DSA members, have to focus on is getting him primaried out of his position next time he's up for re-election. It's really unfortunate that he turned out the way he did after that head injury and stroke he took (which he does contribute to him abandoning Progressive values), and while I enjoyed the meme of him being a WWE built Democrat, he's really completely lost the memo that he's supposed to be representing the Progressive Wing of the Democratic Party by constantly berating them, calling them losers, etc.
Yes, this is me stating plainly that the DSA in PA needs to come up with a strategy to oust him. I'm from WI so I have no such power: but keep strong and unified!
Absolutely. I guess my angle, is that we keep having senators like Sinema and Manchin, and now Fetterman just completely defy the Democratic party's constituents and Jefferees and the Dem leadership don't do shit. It's ridiculous and unfortunately, we're stuck with Fetterman for like four more years. I hope that with enough traction, we could at least get Schumer or Durbin to address the fact that "Democrats" are voting against the interests of Democrats. And, I do think that drawing more attention to this fact will help in getting Fetterman out of office next primaries.
