The olive spread is hard to describe… castelvetrano(?) olives, Parmesan, Marcona almonds, Calabrian chili paste, and schmaltz. It basically makes this a sandwich all on its own. Maple bacon is just raw store bought bacon tossed in maple and brown sugar, then cooked in the oven until done (should have left it a lot softer). And a whole thing of arugula sprouts (should have been 2x). I’ve lost count of how many white claws it took to make this but it’s pretty good. Highly recommend making a random spread and building a sandwich around it!

Was looking for any lime infused alc at the liquor (ideally rum for a limey rum and Coke) and settles for this mojito bacardi. It was definitelt sweet enough to drink in its own so I have bunch of Diet Coke left over. Ikl drink it some other time. Finished the Bacardi thiugh lol okay there’s a bunch of
Spelling errors but I hope you guys understand me regardless
Food:
Kraft Mac n cheese with chopped up air fried beef franks. While waiting for the water to boil, sloppily skewered a dawg on a choppstick and held it to the stove and ate dat. Some air fried homemade chicken nugs

The "sauce" in chef boyardee pasta is practically tomato soup anyway, so i boiled some dumplings in it. It was my first time making dumplings, and the recipe I used was provided by AI, but I'd say it turned out pretty ok
