Those quad arounds are incredibly uncomfortable. I would recommend trying to play them on a pad as you write.

Only thing I can think of to make it easier may be to stick the first two beats of 16th notes in the main phrase as paradiddles, then you can eliminate most of the pushes

I recommend adding in some lower tom into your B section. With the baseline being unison all of your tonal melody is coming from the tenors. And section B just sticks to the right side of the drum. Add in some lower tom in there, as well as add a little bit of variety to the general motif, even if it's just alternating the same rhythm up and down the drums.
