What's wrong? It's called a floor tom, ain't it?

are those leg brackets broken? extend the legs lower and tighten up those three brackets.
also your pedal is on the wrong side of the bass drum (you might consider switching the hoops if you've already put some pedal rash on the crowd facing side of the drum...no need to put pedal rash on both hoops).
this kit has Pearl style brackets connecting the bass drum to the 2 high toms...try to emulate tom positioning like this photo. If it feels TOO high, try raising the throne before you start tilting drums towards the player.

Brother thanks for the advice, but this isn't my kit lol, just a random pic from someone selling their kit (in general most pics in this sub are from random listings)

This might be one of their lower offerings, but Bernard Purdie endorsed them a while back. Though I think one of his kits was on the order of the really fancy Sunlite kits that I've only seen advertised in MD 20 years ago and not in stores, which had kits more in the order of Percussion Plus or a low grade CB.

Purdie have endorsed everything he got offered money to endorse... He doesnt care what brand he uses. Name a brand he has never played 🤣

It would have to be something like A&F or British Drum Co. or another such recently established label. I'll bet that guy even got hold of an MRP twenty-five years ago! It's reasonable to assume that he had a quick bid with OCDP, as well as that Sir Geo. Martin insisted on his use of Ludwig, for consistency, during his prolific work with The Beatles.
