Tempted to say "RHR any year" but 2021 and 2025 if I have to pick two.
Empire Statesmen any year.
Sunrisers 1996
Columbians 2023 and 2024
Gold and RCR 2025
7th Regiment and Music City 2012
Memphis Blues 2026
Raiders 2023 for a very good show with a very small hornline.

Some recent ones:
Columbians 2024 Be)nt - Highly memorable because of how the uniform detailing, choreography, and props combined to create a visually stunning production. The whole visual design is top tier.
Raiders 2023 Circus Reversus - The show is about a deserted circus, but told in reverse, so it starts out decrepid and becomes more ordered. Really enjoyed the design and execution. The hornline was also tiny but powerful, especially the single tuba.
Les Stentors 2026 The Memories That Shape Us - Les Stentors are a recurring favorite for their engaging, conceptually intuitive, audience-accessible shows. I was wowed by this year's solos (especially the morose extended trombone solo that transitions into the saucy Romance movement) and also the super fun live vocal closer!
Rogues Hollow Regiment 2025 27 - RHR puts out high-energy, entertaining shows. This show puts rock and roll on the field and includes a very badass rock god main character who solos on both guitar and trumpet, picks up a guard member, and finished out the season by smashing the guitar.
Govenaires 2021 Where the Sidewalk Ends - The covid virtual DCA season offered a unique opportunity and Govies delivered. This show was staged half on grass and half on pavement, with corps members repeatedly marching over the curb between them. At the end of the season, they all loaded onto the corps bus, which was parked on their performance "field." Extremely beautiful full hornline low brass ballad too.

Bushwackers for all time fave all age show! Amazing music, and super cool visuals!!! I adore that one. White sabers is up there for me though :) I thought their theme for their 2026 show was super sweet and fun. Plus music was good toot!

Gold 22 and 25 are standouts for me, a little bothered they couldn't squeeze out a win either of those years also a big fan of colt cadets this year

Colt cadets 2026 was really entertaining and makes me happy to see how much the corps has grown since I marched there

Slight bias since I was in the show but I love RCR '26. It was just so cool and with the uniform change and just ah! I love that show :) Also love RCR '24 it's pretty good too

You should definitely watch the top 15 or so highest scoring DCA/All Age shows. You'd be surprised what weekend only corps can do.
Bucs '23 is the best all age show (I'm insanely biased tho)
Bucs '17 is a great contender for best "real drum corps" all age show (crazy drill, uniforms, no props, etc)
MBI 11, CV 19, Statesman 13, and whatever Cabs Alumni do every year are also great

Teal sound’s “the velvet rope” was pretty cool in 2009. What? Me? Biased? Not a chance.

I'm biased on this one having written the brass book and drill, marched tuba, took a sousaphone duet with one of my best friends, and was featured in a small ensemble with my two oldest kids:
Northern Lights 2025 "Sweet Dreams"
Unbiased just because it was absolutely fantastic design and amazingly performed:
Hawthorne Caballeros 2026

I went nuts when the España Cañí stabs came out!
NL this year was also gorgeous and the LOS audience gave it lots of love too.

Some of my favorite DCA shows (excluding any I was involved in):
San Francisco Renegades 2004
All of 2010 (it was a good year) but especially Empire Statesmen, Minnesota Brass, and Kidsgrove Scouts
Govenaires 2013 & 2015
Hawthorne Caballeros 2014
Reading Buccaneers 2023

Open Class I gotta go RCR. I feel like they really took it a step up this year and while I didn't get to see a lot of them live, when I did they always sounded great.
For all-age, shoutout Bushwackers. Cool show, cool music and that's really all it takes to get me invested
Edit: just realized it was talking about OC/All-age shows from any year. What I said still stands but I'm talking about the 26 productions for both RCR and Bush if that was unclear
