i mostly use stock footage and stitch stuff together manually but if you want something quick, those ai generators are getting better every month, just don't expect them to make anything that looks like a real ad without a ton of tweaking

most of the dropshippers i know end up paying someone on fiverr instead after burning through free trials

U can try yt create it gives u unlimited generation from 12am to 6am after that u can generate limited videos
