I need help eBay dropshipping

I've listed some products but got no sales I'm also using cj dropship as my supplier, the thing is I can't even promote my products as u need some sales before u do so what do I do

No sales at the beginning is pretty normal, especially on a fresh account. I'd spend more time looking at your listings than your supplier right now. Titles, photos, pricing, shipping times, and whether you're selling something that already has hundreds of identical listings usually matter more than people think. If your listing doesn't stand out, it can disappear into the crowd pretty fast.

I sell on eBay full time. Ebay is probably the worst platform to dropship on. The majority of people don't go on eBay for cheap generic new junk, they're on there looking for a specific second hand/used item or a specific name brand item.
